Mail Storage Settings for Microsoft Outlook Express
When an e-mail message is sent to you, it first arrives at the Coastal mail server, where it is kept until you are ready to retrieve it. Typically, when you check your mail using Outlook Express (or another mail program), the message is delivered to you and removed from the Coastal server. However, there is a setting to leave a copy of the message on Coastal mail server. If this option is checked you may accumulate excessive amounts of mail on the Coastal mail server. Since your account is limited to 10MB any mail that attempts to reach your mail box once you have reached this 10MB limit will be rejected and returned to the sender.
The following instructions show how to configure Outlook Express so that your mail is downloaded to your personal computer whenever you check you account.

Double-click the "Outlook Express" icon to start Microsoft
Outlook Express.
Click the Tools menu, then
click Accounts....

Select your email account by clicking on it.
Click Properties

Make sure that the checkbox in front of 'Leave a copy of message on server' is empty. If there is a check, remove it by clicking on it.
Click OK
