Internet Technical Support

Our technical experts are available anytime, day or night, and will be glad to answer any technical question or help you solve technical issues with your Broadband or Dial-Up Internet connection. If an on-site repair visit is needed, they'll set up a repair appointment with you. (Please note that our technical support representatives cannot help you with billing or service issues. Our Customer Care representatives, however, will be happy to help you with those issues.)
